The reception staff were very prompt and helpful checking me in. My optometrist was friendly and explained everything she was doing clearly, and also explained my next steps after my checkup. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
My experience was really good. I had never had an eye exam so thorough and detailed. I felt relieved knowing what is going on with my visual health. Then I wanted to choose a pair of sunglasses and the staff was very friendly and replied to all my concerns. 10/10 would recommend.
I was given a clear explanation of each test, what it was looking for and the result. I was given an an equally clear and detailed explanation of how my eyes, each one, were currently functioning.
